Why choose a classical Pilates teacher training?
Our classical teacher trainings focuses on teaching the original work as was taught by Joseph Pilates using classical equipment. We stay within the classical system of Pilates, teaching the original exercises and sequences because quite simply put, it works best when trying to help a variety of bodies and gets people results. There is no other style of Pilates that has been tested for as long as the classical work or produces the type of results we see in the classical work.
CKP apprentices learn how the classical work applies to all bodies and how to use the whole system of Pilates when working with their clients.
Classically trained teachers are equipped to teach all bodies in any studio, be it classical or contemporary.
