Teacher Training

The 2026 Spring Comprehensive Teacher Training Program runs from March 26 through December, offering an in-depth, transformative journey into the art and discipline of Classical Pilates. Over the course of the program, trainees will progress through all levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — gaining a thorough understanding of the complete classical system.

The curriculum includes extensive training in mat, reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and other traditional apparatus. Students will learn classical exercises, teaching techniques, cueing, and the foundational principles of alignment, control, and breath that define true Pilates practice.

Through hands-on workshops, practice teaching, observation hours, and individualized mentorship, each participant will develop the skills and confidence needed to teach clients of all levels safely and effectively.

By the end of the program, you will graduate as a comprehensively certified, classically trained Pilates instructor, ready to teach with precision, purpose, and a deep understanding of Joseph Pilates’ original method.

2026 Los Angeles Teacher training starts in March 2026.

Tuition

• Students with no prior training: $8,000
• Students with a CKP Mat Graduates: $7,000
• Certified Teachers: $6,000
